If your issue calls for additional assistance from a system administrator, we will direct the support ticket or the email to the person on duty, without delay and we will leave a comment to inform you that more time will be needed for finding a solution. And if you order our Managed Services package, any of the services included there will be completed whenever you desire.

In case you also need support tackling server admin tasks, you can examine our Managed Services package, which includes data backup hard disk storage space, Operating System updates on a weekly basis, server monitoring and restarting services, as well as installation and problem troubleshooting services.
