A: While we can’t give you a precise time window, since there are a lot of variables, among them the physical size of the files and databases, the location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your website and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will do our very best to migrate your web site within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (in case the content is not very large).

A: Yeah. We’ll require the name of the web site that you wish us to transfer. We’ll also need a way to access your old hosting account so that we can get the content pertaining to your website.

A: Nope. Apart from your login details for the Control Panel, we won’t need anything. We’ll never get in touch with your hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the migration either.

We do not support Windows–driven hosting platforms, as we don’t offer Windows web hosting solutions ourselves.In addition, we don’t support proprietary site building and administration interfaces like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
